Financial Service Group, Inc. is a family-owned property management company based in North English, Iowa. Founded by Alan and Vicky Grimm in 1987, the company has built a longstanding reputation for providing quality housing, responsive property management, and personalized service throughout Southeast Iowa.
Today, Financial Service Group manages 428 residential units and a condominium association, with a strong focus on USDA Rural Development housing and affordable housing opportunities.
In 2026, Alan and Vicky Grimm transitioned ownership of the company to Trent Forrest and Jake McLaughlin. Trent began his real estate career working with the Grimm family, giving the new ownership team a strong understanding of the values, relationships, and community commitment upon which the company was built. Trent and Jake are proud to continue that legacy while expanding the company's services and presence in the region.
The company's experienced property management team includes Renee, Brandi, and Victoria. Together, they remain committed to providing residents and property owners with dependable, personal, and responsive service.
Financial Service Group is also expanding its local presence alongside Iowa Elite Marketing Group, with an office on Main Street in North English.

Alan and Vicky built Financial Service Group around integrity, responsiveness, and personal relationships.
Under the new ownership, the goal is to keep the same local and personal approach the company has always been known for while continuing to grow and improve.
Trent is a North English native who got his start in real estate working with the Grimm family.
He is the owner and broker of Iowa Elite Marketing Group and recently celebrated 10 years in real estate and five years as a broker-owner.
Originally from Perry, Jake brings extensive business leadership experience to Financial Service Group after previously serving as vice president of Osmundson Manufacturing.
He earned his Iowa real estate salesperson license three years ago and is currently working toward his broker's license.
Renee, Brandi, and Victoria handle the day-to-day management of our properties. They know our residents and communities by name and are committed to dependable, personal, and responsive service.
